Courses G410 and G411 are fundamentally the same as Courses G380/G381: Spiritually-Based Organizational Leadership Skills, but are aimed at founding and leading an anomalous research and investigation team. Topics covered in these two courses include how to create an empowered team culture, effective delegation, how to help your team embrace change, how to motivate your team, screening and interviewing prospective employees, how and when to fire someone, our proprietary Leadership as a Managed, Mismanaged, and Unmanaged ProcessTM, how to write job descriptions, how to conduct performance reviews, how to train and coach your team, how to manage poor performance and deal with difficult people using our proprietary 16 Powerful Assertive Confrontation and Discipline Techniques for Leaders, how to develop your team mission, vision, and shared values. When completed, you will know the difference between leadership and management and know how to lead others far more effectively. Also included are a few additional details of interest to anomalous researchers such as developing a group name, logo, and website; promoting your team in your local area including how to do podcasts and/or an Internet radio program; confidentiality and liability release forms for members; developing Standards and Protocols (includes a complete example); and more. Once completed, you will know solid and tested leadership techniques that will help you to start and lead an anomalous research team successfully. Prerequisites: None, but Courses G70, G80, G90, G100, G110, G130, and G140 are recommended.
